Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use StoreLaunch, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Your name, email address, and Google account details when you sign in with Google OAuth.
  • Site data: Website content, pages, sections, and settings you create within our platform.
  • Payment information: UPI transaction IDs and payment screenshots you submit for subscription verification. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials.
  • Lead data: Contact form submissions and newsletter sign-ups from visitors to your published website.
  • Usage data: Log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages accessed for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provision and operate your website and account.
  • To verify subscription payments and activate your plan.
  • To deliver lead data (contact form submissions) to your dashboard.
  • To send transactional emails related to your account (payment confirmation, subscription expiry).
  • To improve our platform and diagnose technical issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Neon PostgreSQL (hosted in the US) and Cloudflare R2 (for uploaded media). We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Uploaded files are stored privately and served through authenticated URLs.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Site data may be retained for up to 30 days after account deletion for backup purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, Workers), Neon (database), Google (OAuth authentication).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use a session cookie (HTTP-only, Secure) to authenticate you after login. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No analytics scripts from third parties are loaded on our platform.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your site content at any time via the dashboard.

7. Visitor Data (Your Customers)

When visitors submit contact forms or newsletter sign-ups on your published website, that data (name, email, phone, message) is stored and visible only to you in your dashboard's Leads tab. StoreLaunch does not use your visitors' data for any purpose other than delivering it to you.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of StoreLaunch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
