Terms of Service

By creating an account and using StoreLaunch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

StoreLaunch is a website builder platform that allows businesses to create, publish, and manage websites using pre-built templates. The Service includes:

• A web-based site editor with live preview.
• Hosting on a .storelaunch.in subdomain or custom domain.
• Lead capture (contact forms, newsletter sign-ups) with a management dashboard.
• Subscription-based pricing plans with manual payment verification.

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
• One account per user. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.

• Access to published websites requires an active paid subscription.
• Payments are processed manually via UPI. Your subscription becomes active after our team verifies your payment (typically within 24 hours on business days).
• Subscription periods are monthly or yearly as selected during purchase.
• We do not offer automatic renewals. You must manually renew before expiry to keep your site live.
• Refund policy: We offer refunds within 7 days of payment if your site was never published. Contact support@storelaunch.in to request a refund.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications to your leads.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or our infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in India or your jurisdiction.

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service (text, images, logos). By uploading content, you grant StoreLaunch a limited licence to host, display, and serve that content to visitors of your website.

StoreLaunch owns all rights to the platform software, templates, and infrastructure. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our templates.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. StoreLaunch is not liable for losses caused by service outages, data loss, or interruption.

• By you: You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard Settings tab. Your site will be taken offline immediately.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, at our discretion.
• On termination, your content may be deleted within 30 days. We recommend exporting your data before closing your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
